How to download archive from Instagram on phone

Go to the Instagram app and go to your profile.
In the upper right corner, click on the three horizontal lines, select “Your Activity”.
Scroll down the page and click “Download Information”.
Enter your email address, click “Request File” and enter your Instagram password.
Wait: the data archive will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.

Open the Instagram website through a browser on a computer or laptop.
Go to your profile by clicking on the profile picture in the upper right corner. Next, select “Settings”.
Select “Privacy & Security” from the menu on the left, then scroll down to “Download Data”. Select “Request File”.
Enter your email address, click “Request File” and enter your Instagram password.
Wait: the data archive will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
